Horseradish are perennial and roots are used in recipes, and have many medicinal uses. Peeling a fresh horseradish root reveals a white flesh that can be grated to add a kick to many dishes. extremely people consume the roots only, but the leaves are also edible. Horseradish packs a nutritional punch, is a natural antibacterial and helps boost circulation while combating inflammation. Many consider the herb a super food, as it also contains compounds called glucosinolates which are know to have cancer fighting properties.
